You haven't had good ribs til you've had pressure cooked RIBS!
Pressure Cooked BBQ Ribs
1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
4 lbs. Country Style Spare Ribs or Pork Sholder Slices
1 lrg. Onion, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 c. Barbecue Sauce (recipe below)
4 lbs. Country Style Spare Ribs or Pork Sholder Slices
1 lrg. Onion, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 c. Barbecue Sauce (recipe below)
Brown ribs in hot oil, add all other ingredients (except BBQ sauce)
Cook on high for 45 minutes (in pressure cooker)
Allow pressure to release naturally when cool enough to handle.
Drain liquid saving 1/2 cup, remove bones and pork fat.
Put back in pressure cooker; add BBQ sauce and saved liquid.
Set on low pressure for 3 minutes.
Manually release pressure when done and serve.

These look so good! I've never made my own BBQ sauce before and I just happen to have all the stuff. YEA!!
