**Stir-Fried Rice**
1 tsp. Oil
1 egg
1 green onion
1/2 c. ham, checkne or pork, diced
2 cups cooked rice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- Heat oil in skillet. Add egg and stir-fry until cooked.
- Add onion and meat. Stir-fry until onion wilts.
- Add rice and soy sauce. Heat through.
Serves 4
**I loved how easy and quick this recipe is. I added a few things to mine...I added a couple cloves of garlic, some more soy sauce, and a little bit of teryaki sauce. It would also be good with peas, carrots...Whatever! Just have fun with it!
